Judy received a BA in viola performance from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. She did post-undergraduate studies with Karen Tuttle and Kim Kashkashian in Philadelphia, PA

Judy has performed with many orchestras in the PA-NJ-DE area including the Philly Pops, Delaware Symphony, Reading Symphony, Kennett Square Symphony and Bay-Atlantic Symphony. Non-symphonic free lance work includes participation in Philomel Baroque Ensemble, Relache Contemporary Ensemble, and playing back-up for shows in Atlantic City casinos featuring Tony Bennett, Ray Charles and Natalie Cole among others.

Judy has also had extensive experience performing chamber music. Most recently, she co-founded and performed a series of recitals with La Musique des Amis, a viola/clarinet/piano trio.
